Biography
I am originally from Grapevine, TX and went to Baylor for undergraduate. Dr. Bratcher and Dr. Hill charmed me into continuing to go to graduate school in statistics after enjoying their classes. After graduating, I worked as a statistician at Travelocity and Eli Lilly & Co. While at Eli Lilly & Co, I worked in Advanced Analytics where I conducted tailoring analyses and created Shiny tools. I then moved to work in Immunology where I conducted meta-analyses to determine drug viability within the current market.
I currently work as a flight attendant for American Airlines - my dream job - while continuing to teach online. I live in Denton, TX with my husband who is also a statistics professor and our daughter Madison. Outside of work I love to read, workout and take trips to the beach.
